KwikSheet ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website kwiksheet.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit and use our free online calculators and converters.

1. Information We Collect

KwikSheet is a free calculator and converter website. We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use our tools. If you contact us via email at Support@KwikSheet.com, we will receive whatever information you include in your message (such as your name and email address).

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our web hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log data, which can include:

  • Your IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring URL
  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Date and time of your visit

This data is used in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and improve the Site. It is not used to personally identify individual visitors.

1.3 Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage to save your dark mode preference (stored under the key ks-theme). This data stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

All calculations are performed in your browser. The values you type into our tools are never sent to or stored on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

The Site loads resources from the following third-party services:

  • Google Fonts — to serve the Poppins and JetBrains Mono typefaces. Google may collect standard usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare cdnjs — to serve the Font Awesome icon library.

We do not currently use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information associated with the Site. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Because we collect very minimal data and perform all calculations client-side, the risk to your personal information is inherently low.

7. Children's Privacy

KwikSheet is a general-audience educational tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Support@KwikSheet.com so we can take appropriate action.

8. Your Rights

Because we collect minimal data, there is very little personal information for us to manage. However, you have the right to:

  • Clear your localStorage data at any time through your browser settings
  • Request information about any data we may hold related to your support inquiries
  • Request deletion of any correspondence you have sent us
